As I look back on my college career I always remember where it started. On a local soccer field with one composite Nike football. I would kick for hours. In snow, in rain, in the cold, in heat. I loved it. And now I enjoy looking back at those times by helping people like you train smarter, get more out of your training, and avoid headaches/mistakes I had when I was young and had no idea what I was doing.
My 3 week program will help you kick and train smarter while also showing you how college kickers train during game weeks. You get 3 weeks of kicking workouts.
Week 1 Introduces how to train and track reps smarter.
Week 2 Stresses your skills and pushes your limits for strength and consistency.
Week 3 Shows you what a game week workout schedule looks like for most college kickers when they practice with a team.
You will get access to a digital version of this program (really convenient) but you can also download it and print it out. ( I recommend this )
Common questions: "Why the low price?" Answer: Why should I overcharge kids and families who want to get better? When I was younger I didn't have a ton of money lying around but I still wanted to get better at kicking. The barrier to kicking success / learning should be low. I will do my best to keep that the case.
